The manager treated us well. Clean rooms with everything we needed, and it was close to the local parks, a big hit with the kids.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options nearby.

Hotel was modern and the room was well laid out. The local staff were really helpful and helpful. I really enjoyed its exceptionally nice and excellent location close to the coast and the city hall and California. A few times I ate at Jo's Restaurant, located just a short stroll away from the property. The stay was excellent: )

The location is quite convenient, being close to the city's historical sites like the oilworker monument and the historic fort. And a laundry service and newspaper delivery added a nice touch to our stay.

The rooms feature modern ceramic tile floors which give off a clean vibe. I appreciated having a microwave and fridge for added convenience . The nearby dining options suggested by locals offered a pleasant culinary exploration after a tiring day. Staying here reminded me of a hidden gem, despite the challenges I faced.

Though the room had potential, my experience was overshadowed by service issues.

Make sure to check the small window in the shower for fresh air. It's a neat surprise if the main window is secured!

The air conditioning unit generates quite a bit of noise, which can disrupt your sleep if you're a light sleeper. The main window is secured shut, limiting any chance for fresh air unless you remember to check the smaller window in the shower.

Stayed for a night and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh bathroom and comfy bed. Just wish there were some soap in the bathroom. Would definitely come back!

The Queen Room was surprisingly nice! Plus, there was a little fridge and microwave which were super handy. The whole place seems updated even though it's an older motel. Just wish the room was a bit bigger, but for the price, it was solid.
